Superbowl XLIII World Champions!

Gotta love Pittsburgh! I know, and you know, that I do! This years game was a nail biter and the Steelers almost lost it in the end but because of the skill and the fact that they play a "60 Minute Game" they prevailed and caught an amazing touchdown pass in the last minute of the game coming from behind and winning 27-23! (Since most of my girlfriends didn't watch most of the game I thought I should recap.) My sister-in-law, Dasia's, family invited Adam and me over for a party! We had so much fun. They went all out with decorations and yummy treats! Thanks Angela and Trista! You guys are party planning goddesses!

Adam and I were driving through Pleasant Grove when randomly off to my right there is this Ice Sculpture that is as tall as a house. So of course I pulled over and took pictures to blog it and share it with all of you! The sign was next to it...

Pittsburgh's going to Super Bowl XLIII !!

Pittsburgh Steelers are the new AFC Champions!! They are going to the Super Bowl two weeks from today on Feb. 1st!!! Tonight they schooled the Ravens and it was a fantastic game! GO STEELERS!

Definatly not baby hungry....

My brother and sister-in-law, Samuel and Dasia, just found out that they are having Triplets!!!! Wow! I am so excited for them! This will make 7 kids all together... going to be crazy, but fun! I just wanted everybody to share in my excitement since I am on a baby posting kick!!!

Here is Parker Daniel Hawkes! He is pretty much the cutest little newborn I have ever seen. I have not met him yet because he lives all the way up in Idaho but I know we will be best friends just like I am with his big bro Luke!

Rock Climbing

So my one claim to fame in the rock climbing world was climbing the wall they brought in for our senior party. (yes! senior in high school!) The only reason I climbed it was because the guy running it was super cute. I know tis a proud moment in my life.
Well Adam is pretty big into rock climbing and for four years he has been trying to get me to go with him and I kept coming up with excuses... but now that I have decided I am lazy and need to get out more. I went. I am not good and my upper body strength is practically non existent but I made it to the top and that was a pretty dang good feeling! Adam was up and down every wall they had. He is awesome! I am excited to go more. Hopefully build a little muscle in these arms!

Stolen Camera

Okay so it was very sad when I got back to my office and realized my camera had been STOLEN!!! Yup you read it right. It was the week before Christmas so I just thought I was out of luck because I was sure Adam would not get me one for Christmas. But I hinted my little heart out and ........... He came through!! He bought me the exact one I wanted (although he didn't realize it at the time) It was a wonderful surprise! So if you were wondering if I had died, NOPE, a fate worse than death... I had no camera!

So now I will be doing a catch up blog!!! Just what everybody loves.

My mom had a wonderful idea to play bingo for fun little prizes on Christmas Day. Well these two boys were the unlucky winners of blackout at the end of the game. We voted that the winner has to do a snow angel in the snow with their shirt off... (girls excluded) It was a good time!











Dasia's Birthday was on Dec. 30th! Unfortunately Avrie stole the spot light with her messy eating habits so she was the only one I got a picture of... But it sure is cute!

Samuel and Dasia both tried to get her to look at their camera for a picture and she wouldn't... that is until I asked her to pose. I got her to take so many pictures Samuel and Dasia couldn't believe it! Guess she loves me more!

Disney On Ice!

So me being really bored at work and a little crazy all the time I often get on line and enter contest for various radio stations. I ACTUALLY WON! 4 tickets to Disney on ICE! I took my three cute nephews and we had a blast!

Fun!

This Halloween weekend was more fun than I have had on Halloween for years. I think it was because I was actually with the little kiddies that I love so much. What is Halloween with out kids trick-or-treating! Our Good friends Jason, Sky and their son Luke came to visit us for the weekend. We had the fam over to our house for chili and cornbread! Then went over to Adam's parents neighborhood to go trick-or-treating. There was a house with a spook ally that was a lot of fun. Also the bishop was making homemade donuts! Saturday night the adults went to Thriller! Which is a awesome way to celebrate Halloween! We always have so much fun with Hawkes family! Adam is trying very hard to talk Jason into moving down by us! Hopefully one day it will work!

Last night we had a Birthday party for Kyler! I can not believe he is 8 already! The family all got together at McDonalds! Happy Birthday Ky!!!

Dunn Family Halloween Party
